Collateral support opportunity via Certificate of Deposit with collateral solely in your borrower's name. No equity sharing, no JV, no investment/deposit required from borrower.
There are 3 parts to the formula.
a.) The Project
b.) Lending bank
b.) Collateral Support for the project from the provider through the lending bank
Borrower must be able to:
1.) Show strong cash flow/income to support estimated 20% annual interest only payment
2.) Obtain a bank's "term sheet" (meaning the bank can commit and
close a loan subject to injection of capital to cover the project and
all fees.)
Once this and the letter is turned in to Collateral provider,
provider arranges to inject funds to support the project, repay the
investor and pay fees to be taken out at closing. There are collateral no advance
fees unless the provider also supplies you the funding bank.

Requirements:
STRONG CASH FLOW/INCOME to support estimated 20% annual interest only payment over 10 year term. CD at maturity pay off the loan principal.
